NOW RECRUITING BOARD OF DIRECTORS!!


Over The Bridge is seeking individuals who are excited to help with our goal of connecting the music industry to mental health & addiction recovery education, training, & long-term support. Being a board member is ESSENTIAL for the success of OTB reaching it’s fullest potential.

WHAT IS A BOARD OF DIRECTORS?

They will be responsible for the organization’s financial well-being and accountability 
including staffing decisions for the organization, and ensuring that our activities are consistent with our mission.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING AS A DIRECTOR?

As a director, you will be asked to do everything from promoting the organization, to help organize events, offer counsel and advice to it’s founding partners and even help with fundraising. However, the board if not responsible for the day-to-day operations of OTB. 

WHEN DO WE MEET?

The board meets once every other month. You will also be expected to participate in occasional activities such as fundraisers, board subcommittees, email discussions, & board retreats when they occur. 

*NOTE: If you CANNOT make it to a meeting, we have ways of keeping you informed and making sure your voice is heard and your votes are counted. 

HOW LONG IS MY COMMITMENT?

Board members are strongly encouraged to make a two-year commitment, as this helps us ensure an experienced and capable board as well as consistency, which is vital to the well-being of Over The Bridge

You will than be sent a OTB INFORMATION PACKAGE, and OTB DIRECTOR APPLICATION.
